Refund policy
If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 7 days of receiving your item, you may return your item in the same condition you received it for a full refund. Please reach out to us at info@rarepulps.com to include your proof of purchase and reason for return. If sending an item back, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and sent in a secure manner so it is not damaged in transit (if you have questions, just shoot us an email and we'll help!).
We love pulps and we hope you will too, so we do our best to describe and show each magazine in detail to ensure you have all the information you need to confidently make a purchase. Please look through the pictures we have provided and don't hesitate to contact us at info@rarepulps.com if you would like any additional pictures or information before you make your purchase. We are a very small business, so we prefer to get things right the first time and earn your trust for life.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
In the rare (pun intended) case of refunds, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
